As part of the Platinum Series the PLT100 1HP pool Pump is the entry level model in a range that also includes the PLT150, PLT200 and PLT300. Each model in the series is designed to deliver high water flow and maximum pressure while operating quietly and efficiently. Built from durable Australian made materials the pump is ideal for residential pools as well as commercial installations such as hotels and health clubs. Installation Guide for the Reltech Platinum Pool & Spa PLT100 1hp

• Choose a firm, well drained base close to the water source to avoid flooding and allow easy access for maintenance
• Ensure the rear fan shroud is positioned at least 100mm from any obstructions to facilitate adequate cooling
• Connect the pump using self aligning inlet and outlet barrel unions compatible with 50mm or 65mm PVC pipes; install a straight length of pipe (at least 300mm) before the inlet for smoother operation
• Prime the pump by removing the strainer basket lid and filling the basket area with water before replacing the lid
• Connect the pump to a 240V 50Hz power supply using the provided 2m power lead; for hard wired installations, use a qualified electrician
• Test the setup by switching on the pump and ensuring a free flow of water without air pockets
